wine tastes so bad. I’m convinced the whole world is in on an inside joke together trying to persuade me that wine tastes good to them. there’s no way any one can like the taste of it. it’s like bug spray. the whole frickin world pretends to like bug spray. I don’t understand why. stop the madness

wine is an acquired taste. if you don’t like it, acquire some taste

On the internet: Ugh I hate people so much

Applying for a job: I love working with people and I'm very sociable

Interesting child abuse poster

A poster made by The Spanish organization ANAR Foundation (Aid to Children and Adolescents at Risk). They started a new street poster campaign that uses the process of lenticular printing to secretly send a message to abused children without alerting their abusers, even if they’re walking together.

Anyone over 4’5” sees this view, with a caption: “Sometimes, child abuse is only visible to the child suffering it.”

Anyone shorter sees the beaten child version of the poster with another caption saying: “If somebody hurts you, phone us and we’ll help you.”

See this frame from Jumanji? Well, it was shot in a little city in New Hampshire called Keene, which is where my dad happens to be doing his stroke rehab.
The cool thing about this is that there is a traffic light situated so that when you are first in line and stopped at the light, you can glance a little to the left and picture this scene. The crushed car and elephant are gone now, of course.
Anyways, pretty much every day I get to drive through this scene and smile just a little bit.
Also, the elephant had right of way here since this is a traffic circle, and that car was going the wrong way around it. Served ‘em right.
